WE ARE HIRING FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Pama Foods is a Mongu based agro-processing enterprise business into production, processing, packaging and distributing nutritious food products made from drought-resistant crops that are grown locally by local smallholder farmers in Western, Zambia.

Due to high demand of the Pama Foods products, Pama Foods is looking for the services of five (5) field sales representatives who are based in Mongu district both males/females aged 15 to 19 years old.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✓ Able to read and write English
✓ Must have a phone
✓ Must be a Mongu resident in one of the numbered near areas of: - (1) Mandanga Market, (2) Kaoma Kaoma (Kashemba) Market, (3) Kapulanga Market, (4) Mongu Main Harbor and (5) Chisonga Market.
✓ Experience in Marketing

NOTE:
✓ Must be willing to be paid on commission.

✓ With clean record pleasing personality, hardworking, self motivated and willing to do field work sales

✓ Willing to work long hours per day.

✓ Must have a trading place or willing to trade at a new stall within the market areas.

✓ Must be willing to undergo training on business and family, financial keeping and recording management

✓ Collect products at 09:00hrs and report back at Pama Foods Offices at 17:30hrs
